May 27, 2010.
We apologize for our lack of time in maintaining this website.
We have all your feedbacks from November 29, 2009 saved in our Inbox
and we will eventually post them as soon as we find some spare time.
It will be a while before we can put the slideshow back online as we
just don't have the time right now to re-do the slideshow. We
are really touched by your daily feedbacks and are deeply saddened
that we are unable to put the slideshow back online at this time.

September 1, 2009.
We are deeply touched by the constant feedbacks we are getting
from our viewers wishing to see the slideshow back online. That give
us the inspiration and motivation to continue maintaining this
not-for-profit website despite constant litigation threats from
people/companies who want to profit from the slideshow.
Unfortunately, the hunt for non-copyrighted pictures is quite a slow
process because of the limited amount of time we have in managing
this website. Please be patient. We will definitely put this
slideshow back online.

looking at some alternatives and we will definitely notify you by
email if and when we are able to go to production.

While the great majority of feedbacks we receive on this slideshow are
positive, once in a while we receive negative comments from people who
think that they might be sending their children on a guilt-trip if
they see this slideshow. I've added item 20 in the FAQ to address this issue.

July 22, 2006.
We received quite a few feedbacks from our viewers that they were

ocean at the end of the slideshow (courtesy of one of our anonymous
viewer; changed the title of the slideshow from PARENT'S WISH to
PARENTS' WISH; modified some of the wordings of the slideshow
based on our viewers' suggestions (THANKS, viewers!). Some of the more
popular suggestions (eg, a separate version for single parents and
ethnic/gender representation) can not be implemented at this time as
they require more time to implement.

Our account has reached 900Gb bandwidth consumption for the month of
June (with still 9 more days to go) and this is already over our
monthly 750Gb limit. With this site now averaging about 60Gb
transfer per day, this will cost us an additional $125 per day on top
of our monthly fixed hosting fee. Since we can not afford to pay this
additional charge, we have to temporarily suspend the viewing of the
FLASH movie and redirect all HTML requests to our other site at paete.org.
-
June 14, 2006.
Our web hosting account was upgraded to allow for a 750Gb monthly transfer limit in order to
